Hutchinson Weddings is a full service event and wedding planning company. We are based in Southern California but also love to travel and can accommodate destination weddings as well. Our company was born in 2007. Since then we have planned and executed hundreds of weddings and events with a variety of budgets and styles.

Our goal is to work with each couple to create an event that will be exclusively yours. We will assist you in finding your perfect location and putting all the details together to create an event that will leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests.

We will remove the stress and often overwhelming challenge of planning a wedding so you can relax and enjoy your wedding planning process. We will work with you to create custom packages to suit your needs and budget and ensure that your event runs smoothly and will be a day that you will cherish and remember forever.

Management

If you have planned everything yourself, but would like to be free of stress on your big day, this is the service for you. Let us handle all of the details of your hard work and ensure your event is perfect.

Coordination

This package is specially created for couples that already have the big things set for their wedding and just need coordination when it comes closer to their wedding day. With this package you get to choose the fun parts of planning while leaving the rest to us.

Planning

If you would like help with every aspect of planning your wedding from start to finish, hiring a full serving planner is a must. We will work hand-in-hand with you from start to finish and be your go to person for all things wedding related.
